Overview
We are a metal fabrication company including a prototype shop, manufacturing
and engineering divisions supported by an experienced and skilled staff.
We offer complete fabrication of carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
Our capability includes forming, welding, machining, fabricating and assembly.
We service a variety of customers requesting services as simple as welding
/ forming or as complex as managing the entire supply chain. We can deliver
a finished product crated and ready for shipment to your customer. We have
engineering on staff to assist with your design, drafting or product development
needs. We offer complete design, fabrication and validation of weld
fixtures for releasing prototype parts into production.
Forming
Our new state-of-the-art Darley 200 ton x 10 foot press brake provides
accurate consistent parts. Programming and saving each individual part
into the controller allows us to make precise parts repeatedly and consistently
every time. Our V-bend software allows operators to upload your dxf files
directly into the press brake saving valuable time during set up. Using
dxf files for each part assures the quality and accuracy of the part we
are making for you. This state-of-the-art technology assures that the parts
are made to your print every time.
Welding
Our employees are AWS Certified for unlimited thickness with both carbon
steel and aluminum. We offer MIG, TIG and robotic welding for carbon steel,
aluminum and stainless steel. We have a full line of Miller MIG and TIG
welders that are calibrated annually for quality assurance. Our employees
are trained in blue print reading to ensure you get a quality part made
to your print. We design and build permanent or temporary weld fixtures
for your parts depending on the size and frequency of your order. Weld
fixtures assure a consistent quality part every time. Our staff has extensive
experience in prototype shop fabrication and manufacturing to assure we
can meet all of your requirements.
